Early morning at Seend

No particular reason why I was up making tea this morning at 7 am except that I was awake!
The views from the galley window were lovely ...
Looking towards Seend Bottom Lock ...
.. and a beautiful wispy sky
The post I'm waiting for has still not arrived so we took a walk over the fields to Seend Cleeve village and took this picture of Sloes and Hawthorn Hips in the hedgerow on the towpath
I bought these lovely bright throws and bags from a stall in Little Venice when were at the Cavalcade ...
... and now I've made one into a fitted top cover for the bed - I'm really pleased with the way it's turned out.  Next job is to make cushion covers with the other throw!
