It was a beautiful calm day on Thursday as we reversed out of our mooring slot
There’s the exit/entrance to the marina but we’re not going out ...
... we’re going for fuel and gas ...
The services at Droitwich Spa Marina. The work going on in the background will be a reception/admin building to replace the temporary metal cabin you can see
All done and we head back ...
... in the bright sunshine to our mooring ...
... once again.
Last night (Friday) we invited Becky and Mark (from the boat on the left in this picture) round for drinks and had a really good evening. I remember looking at the clock just before 10pm and what seemed no more that half an hour later it was half past 2!
45 years ago today!

We have popped over a couple of times to ensure all is well, but keep missing you. Should we try to arrange a meeting before it is too late and you are gone? ReplyDeleteHi Jennie, thanks for the comments - although we hand over Rock n roll on the 1st of March we will be staying on at the marina - we’re off to Scotland this week so I’ll be in touch when we return.
DeleteI hope you have had/are having a good time in Scotland. We are off to Lincoln for a week on 1 March, so any meet will have to be after that. This retirement lark seems to keep us busy!
